APPLICATION FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE
Please read carefully: A marriage license, once issued is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. If you do not get married within the 30 days, you must re-apply and pay for another license. There is a 24 hour waiting period required before the ceremony. Any couple seeking to get married prior to the 24 hour waiting period must obtain a waiver from the judge.

Please do not submit an application for a marriage license more than 30 days from your wedding date as a marriage license is only valid for 30 days.
All personal information must match a state issued identification which must be presented at the Courthouse.
